Mercury Contact System

This product aims at providing to a small or medium company the possibility to contact in an automatic or semi-automatic way, several costumers at a time.

The product would consist of a web portal system, where a company would register itself as a costumer. When registered, the company would have access to a three types of functionalities, according with its needs.

• The product would support three modules: Notification module – Notify costumers or workers about an event or commitment, through an automatic phone call or sms; ( ex: send same sms to multiple destinations, send different sms to multiple destinations)
• Marketing module – Notify costumers about a new product or campaign through sms/mms or voice call with a pre-recorder call or synthesized one; ( ex: send one sms to multiple destinations, send a voice message or synthesized voice message to multiple destinations).
• Sales module – Notifying costumers about an order, with a reference code so they can retrieve their order automatically. The system can send to the costumer’s cell phone a sms with an order retrieval ID, which will give the final product to the user when inserted in a special purpose machine. Optionally, the system can send a mms with a bar code, where the user just need to scan the bar code received in the machine to retrieve his order.

The system would support the ability to import multiple contacts (ex: excel files, txt files).

In a second generation, some interaction or 2way communication could be added to the system, providing the ability to provide some interaction between the costumers and the companies.

Video call, or mms video functionality could be added to the system in a second-generation development.
